Not that heartwarming, but I remember walking home from Shore's one Christmas Eve. Two feet of snow had fallen while I was inside participating in the drunken mayhem. Fortunately, because I was 40 before my time, I carried along my big ol' LL Bean boats and checked them at the coat check.

I still remember how still The Village was; how the big, fat snowflakes felt hitting my face; the sound of the snow crunching under my feet; and knowing that I would remember those few minutes for the rest of my life.

Growing up in O.P. was kind of cool.

/ed. I remember that night. It was snowing big giant flakes the whole time we were filing inside. you could smoke at the bar then, so nobody went outside, and the snow was a big surprise to everyone leaving at 4 a.m. . It was amazing coming out into world and seeing that. I am pretty sure I was with you that night.

I also remember your boots. They are seriously sexy. meow.
